K & G Toys strives to provide stellar customer service and good quality products. We hope that you never want to return an item, but if you do, notify us via email of the return within 7 days of delivery of the product at kngtoystore@gmail.com.

Your item arrives broken, defective or damaged.

We shipped you the wrong item by mistake.
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return.
Once the item(s) is/are received and verified in the original condition shipped in, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. If the error was ours, we will pay shipping costs.
